Workshop Formats for Every Stage of Outdoor Learning

From single introductory sessions to multi-week programs, each format delivers structured outdoor fitness education for adults in Espoo. Descriptions reflect informational content only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Experiences vary by participant.

Choose Your Starting Point

Introductory Workshop

A 90-minute session covering fundamental outdoor movement patterns, safety awareness, and basic warm-up protocols. Suitable for adults new to structured outdoor activity.

90 minutes Max 12 participants

Group Circuit Session

Station-based outdoor training with rotating exercise blocks. Facilitators demonstrate form and offer modification options throughout the session.

75 minutes Max 10 participants

Trail Movement Session

Guided movement along designated trail segments with stops for coordination drills and balance exercises. Pace is moderate and adjustable.

120 minutes Max 8 participants

Private Guidance Session

One-to-one outdoor session focused on your specific learning questions. Includes a written summary of exercises covered during the meeting.

60 minutes Individual

Structured Multi-Week Activity Programs

Programs span four to eight weeks with weekly themes that build on previous sessions. Each week includes an outdoor meetup and supplementary educational material for independent review between sessions. Programs are educational — we do not promise specific physical outcomes.

  • Foundation Program (4 weeks): Weekly outdoor sessions introducing core movement categories and session self-planning skills.
  • Trail Skills Program (6 weeks): Progressive trail-based sessions with increasing terrain variety and coordination focus.
  • Seasonal Activity Program (8 weeks): Structured program with weekly themes, self-tracking worksheets, and group check-ins. Focus is on learning and consistency.

When Sessions Take Place

Workshop times vary by season and format. Below is a general overview — confirmed times are shared upon registration.

Weekday Mornings

Tuesday and Thursday sessions typically begin at 07:30 or 09:00 depending on daylight hours.

Weekday Evenings

Wednesday evening sessions start at 18:00 during spring and summer months when daylight permits.

Weekend Sessions

Saturday morning workshops are scheduled monthly. Trail sessions are more commonly offered on weekends.

Indicative Session Pricing

The following are starting rates in euros (EUR). Final price, applicable VAT where required, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before registration is completed.

Single Workshop

Starting from €35 per person for group formats. Private sessions are priced individually based on duration and location. Exact fee confirmed at booking.

Multi-Week Program

Starting from €180 for four-week programs including session materials and follow-up communication. Program-specific pricing provided upon inquiry.

Pricing transparency

We encourage participants to arrive five to ten minutes early, dressed for the current weather, and with an open mind about adapting exercises to their own comfort level. Every session is an opportunity to learn — not a test of ability.
